Birmingham Picnic exists to create luxury pop-up picnics. This is a great way to celebrate your friends, whether a birthday party for any age, bridal or baby shower, bachelorette party, proposal, or even just a fun night to try something new with family or friends. We love real, honest, and authentic relationships and believe this is a unique way to bring people together around tables again.

Local food and decor add-on recommendations are available upon request. We are happy to deliver and set up these items for you for an additional $40, but they must be purchased through the local vendor of your choice. We had the perfect date night thanks to the Birmingham Picnic Company! Every little detail was so thoughtfully planned out and carried out by these amazing individuals. The company was great in their communication throughout the planning process and the day of the picnic. They handled everything, including helping us choose a beautiful location, recommending local food vendors, picking up our food and drinks, setting up a gorgeous picnic, and handling all of the breakdown of the picnic. In addition to all of those things, they also included a Bluetooth speaker, card games, conversation starters for couples (which we LOVED!), bug spray, and other helpful items for a wonderful picnic. We are truly thrilled that we chose the Birmingham Picnic Company for our special date night, and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new, fun-filled experience!

What is included in my picnic?
Our picnics include full setup and takedown, tableware, pillows, blankets, and decor for a 2-hour time frame. Additional time available for an added cost. We will arrive at your location 1 hour before your reservation time to set up and at the end of your reservation to clean up.
Where can I have my picnic set up?
We deliver to any home in the Birmingham area. If you have a request outside of Birmingham, please email us at email@example.com. We can provide a list of parks available if you prefer to have your picnic in a public location. If your picnic is greater than 10 miles from the Birmingham area, there will be an additional charge defined in your booking agreement.
Do picnics include food?
Our picnics do not include food. If you order food from a local vendor, we can pick it up and deliver it with your picnic for an additional $40.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payments for picnic bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your picnic date, please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled picnic and we can work with you to reschedule.
What about inclement weather?
We are happy to move your picnic inside if you have that option available to you. If not, we will reschedule your picnic at no charge. If you need to reschedule your picnic due to weather, please email us the day before your scheduled picnic at firstname.lastname@example.org.
