How do I book a picnic?

  • Please visit the inquiry form on the bottom of our Home page for a personalized quote and to book your picnic!

What is included in my picnic?

  • Our picnics include full setup and takedown, tableware, pillows, blankets, and decor for a 2 hour time frame. Additional time available for an added cost. We will arrive at your location 1 hour before your reservation time to set up and at the end of your reservation to clean up. 

How much does a picnic cost?

  • Our picnics start at $200. Please see details on the Home page. 

Where can I have my picnic set up?

  • We deliver to any home in the Birmingham area. If you have a request outside of Birmingham, please email us at bhampicnic@gmail.com. We can provide a list of parks available if you prefer to have your picnic in a public location.

Do picnics include food?

  • Our picnics do not include food. If you order food from a local vendor, we can pick it up and deliver it with your picnic for an additional $25. 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • We charge a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of booking. If you are unable to make your picnic date, please contact us within 72 hours of your picnic and we can work with you to reschedule. 

What about inclement weather?

  • We are happy to move your picnic inside if you have that option available to you. If not, we will reschedule your picnic at no charge. If you need to reschedule your picnic due to weather, please email us the morning of your scheduled picnic at bhampicnic@gmail.com

Can I personalize my picnic?

  • We would love to help you customize your picnic! If you have any special requests, please include them in your inquiry form.
